If you submit your requests regarding these rights to Ekspo Faktoring Anonim Şirketi using the methods outlined in our Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, your application will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days. In principle, no fee will be charged for such requests; however, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The Data Subject undertakes that the information subject to this Cookie Policy is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and that they will immediately update such information in case of any changes. The Company shall not be held responsible if the Data Subject fails to provide updated information.
