Born in Istanbul in 1974, Murat Tümay graduated from Clark University with a degree in Economics. He began his professional career in 1997 at The Park Avenue Bank N.A., where he held positions as Analyst, Assistant Manager, and Manager. Between 2000 and 2002, he held executive roles at Turkcell Communication Services Inc. and İş-Tim Telecommunications Services Inc. Since 2002, he has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Ekspo Faktoring Inc.

ZEYNEP Ş. AKÇAKAYALIOĞLU

Deputy Chair

Born in Istanbul in 1969, Zeynep Şükriye Akçakayalıoğlu graduated from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Business Management Systems. From 1991 to 1999, she held executive roles at Arthur Andersen Human Resources Consulting Inc. In 2000, she completed the Owners Presidents Management Program at Harvard Business School. Since 1999, she has served as a Founding Partner and Board Member at Royal Management Consulting Inc., and as a Founding Partner and Vice Chair of the Board at Ekspo Faktoring Inc.

HASAN AKÇAKAYALIOĞLU

Board Member

Born in Ankara in 1963, Hasan Akçakayalıoğlu graduated from the Computer Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University. He later completed a master’s degree in the same field and earned an MBA from Yeditepe University. He worked at Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting in their London and Istanbul offices. Over the years, he held executive and CEO roles at various banks, served as a board member in banks across the Netherlands, Romania, Bulgaria, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan, and held positions such as Board Member of TÜSİAD and Chairman of Business Councils within the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK).

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Demir Kyrgyz International Bank and as an Independent Board Member at TFI TAB Gıda Yatırımları and Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals. Since October 2018, he has been a Board Member at Ekspo Faktoring Inc.

ŞERİF ORHAN ÇOLAK

Born in Istanbul in 1945, Şerif Orhan Çolak graduated from the University of Neuchâtel with a degree in Economics. He began his professional career in 1971 as a Manager at Altın Mekik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. Throughout his career, he held executive positions at various financial institutions including Uluslararası Endüstri ve Ticaret Bankası A.Ş., Facto Finans A.Ş., Banque Internationale de Commerce, İktisat Bankası T.A.Ş., Credit Lyonnais Switzerland, and Credit Agricole Switzerland. Since 2011, he has been serving as a Board Member at Ekspo Faktoring Inc.
