As of the end of 2024, Ekspo Faktoring operates with a team of 30 professionals whose industry experience and expertise exceed the sector average. Our recruitment processes prioritize high-quality talent by evaluating candidates based on university education, foreign language proficiency, banking experience, domain expertise, and representational skills. Selected candidates receive comprehensive training aligned with company goals.

Ekspo Faktoring encourages the personal and professional development of its employees by supporting participation in training programs and industry events. Under the Ekspo Faktoring Academy, we offer ongoing learning opportunities through memberships in the Financial Institutions Association (FKB), Factors Chain International (FCI), and training programs provided by private consultancy firms and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Turkey. Following the pandemic, we also adapted to online training and seminars.

The Human Resources Committee conducts an annual performance evaluation based on predefined goals and competencies. This assessment considers various criteria such as technical knowledge, collaboration, client and interpersonal skills, representation ability, sense of responsibility, personal growth, problem-solving, initiative, decision-making, work quality, and productivity. This process helps monitor employee contributions to company success and forms the basis for promotions, compensation, and rewards.
