Internal Directive
As Ekspo Faktoring, we present our Internal Directive to the public as a demonstration of our commitment to corporate governance principles and our understanding of transparency. This Internal Directive has been prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code. It covers the procedures and principles governing the company’s general assembly meetings, the distribution of duties and authorities among board members, rules on representation and binding authority, signature authorisations, and internal control mechanisms.
The Internal Directive aims to ensure the sustainability of our corporate structure, protect the rights of our stakeholders, and ensure that all our business processes are conducted within the framework of the law. This document has been approved by the board of directors and has been registered with the trade registry in accordance with the applicable legislation.
